Digital Showcase Policy

The intention of the Digital Showcase is to capture as much of the scholarly output of the University of Lynchburg as possible.  However, in some instances, it may be appropriate to provide access to a corrected version of a work or to withdraw a work from Digital Showcase.  

Works may be withdrawn for a variety of reasons, for example: 

• Author request
• Factual inaccuracies
• Plagiarism
• Infringement of Copyright
• Privacy
• Defamation

Request a Change: 

To request a withdrawal, correction, or retraction please send an email to digitalshowcase@lynchburg.edu with the following information:

• A link to the work
• Your name and relation to the work (author, faculty advisor, etc.)
• The reason for the change
• The desired remedy
