Students and employees may log in to the network and print from any PC in the Library or computer lab. Student Papercut accounts are charged per page for printing: 

$.05 per page single sided

$.07 per page double sided

$.50 per page color*


*Color printing is only available on the first floor across from the Reference Desk

On-campus users with an existing Papercut account may go to https://papercut.lynchburg.edu:9192/user to print wirelessly from personal devices.  (*must be on UL Wifi)

From that address:

1. Login to your Papercut account with your Lynchburg credentials

2. Select Web Printing from the left-side menu

3. Click the green Submit a Job button. 

4. Select one of the printers in the library

5. Indicate how many copies you need

6. Upload your document and select Upload & Complete.


*Supported File Types: 

bmp, dib, doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, pdf, png, rtf, tif, tiff, txt, xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx

There are three scanners available in the library: 

Copier/Scanner with automated document feeder in the first floor Capron Wing (requires Papercut account)

Flatbed Scanner (one page at a time) in the first floor EIRC computer lab

Flatbed Scanner (one page at a time) in the second floor Capron Wing

Students: when you pay your tuition balance, Information Technology & Resources places a $20 credit into your Papercut account. You will need to claim the credit each semester by navigating to the Financial tab in the MyLynchburg portal.  From there, select Printer Account and Claim Print Money.
