Authorize with your Adobe ID (if you do not have an Adobe ID you can create one at this point).
When looking at an e-book in LC OneSearch or the library catalog, click on the "Download This eBook (Offline)" link.
You will be asked to sign in to your EBSCOhost account. (If you don't have an account, please create one now). Select the PDF option. Then select how many days, 1-7, you want to check out the book and click on the "Checkout & Download" button.
You should then be prompted to save the book. When the download is complete click "Open". The book should open in Adobe Digital Editions. Right click on the book and select "Show File in Explorer." Right click on the file and select "Copy."
Connect your Nook to the computer through its USB cable. Open the device to view files. Double click on "Internal Storage." Select the "Digital Editions" folder. Paste the file.
On your Nook, open the library. The file should appear. Open the file. You may be prompted to sign in with your Adobe ID.
