Create an account in Digital Showcase and you may submit your work online. Alternatively, you may attach your work, as either a PDF or Word document, to an email and send it to digitalshowcase@lynchburg.edu.
If submitting a work in print, please bring it to the library so that we may scan it and send the print copy back to you.

There are two forms that must be submitted either in print or as an attachment to an email:

  • The Contributor Agreement. This describes the terms and rights under which works are submitted.. It only needs to be signed once.
  • The Consent Agreement. This must be submitted with each work. It sets the terms under which the work will be displayed in the repository.
